1. Standard Returns Policy
You may return your items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Hygiene & Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are ineligible for return or exchange:

Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel (if the hygiene seal has been removed or tags are missing).

Items marked as "Final Sale" during promotional events or flash sales.
3. Authorized Retailers
For the return or exchange of pulsethreadss products purchased from an authorized third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly to follow their specific return process.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at Service@pulsethreadss.com. In your email, please include:

Your Order Number.

The Item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

The Reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured).
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your clothing arrives with manufacturing defects or damage, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Send an email to Service@pulsethreadss.com with the subject line: DAMAGED.

Include your Order Number and a clear photo showing the defect or damage.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your package, please contact us at Service@pulsethreadss.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and your order number. We will investigate the shipment and ensure the missing item is sent to you immediately.
